The closing date for submissions will be 10pm GMT5th July 2020. After this date no further submissions will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Entries must be sent submitted via wetransfer.com using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, and accompanied by an email which should be completed by a responsible adult if the entrant is under 16.
By submitting an Entry, the entrant confirms that the work is their own and that they have permission to use any images, video or sound files within the Entry.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the opportunity and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the opportunity will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
By entering a submission, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The opportunity and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
Accessart may choose to show any animations on the AccessArt website (www.accessart.org.uk) or social media (the facebook, instagram, youtube, vimeo and twitter pages of AccessArt, or beyond. The entrant agrees to this by making their submission. Only team and first names will be disclosed next to the animations.
Any personal data relating to the submission will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entrants or Entrant’s parent or responsible adult will be deemed to have accepted these terms upon entry into the competition.
