Group Painting Activity: Teenagers ‘Battle it Out’ with Acrylic Paint

This is a fantastic group painting activity to explore making ‘spontaneous responses’  to marks and a physical, expressive approach to painting with acrylic paint. In this exercise, students respond energetically to each other’s gestural strokes with acrylic paint on a large scale.

Below, students respond to each other’s gestures and strokes, ‘battling it out’ with paint.
