In this CPD panel session recording, we welcomed Sally Bacon OBE, CLA Executive Co-Chair, and Jacqui O’Hanlon MBE, Deputy Executive Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company and Chair of CLA’s Evidence and Value Narrative Working Group. Together, Sally and Jacqui introduced the CLA Arts Capability Framework, a set of core pillars that define the capabilities and qualities nurtured through engagement with expressive arts subjects and experiences.
We explored and reflected on the key pillars, considering how these capabilities can help articulate and demonstrate the value of the expressive arts across different settings.
This session is particularly relevant for teachers and arts leads, and we warmly encourage school senior leadership teams and governors to watch.
