As a school what is the best way to enter our entries?
Thanks

Hello the best way for schools to enter is to ensure that the pupils put their name and school on the back of each entry, and then send it to AccessArt, 6 West Street, Comberton, Cambridge CB23 7DS. Pls include the entry label which you can download at /postcardlabel.pdf
As their teacher pls provide your own name and email address on the entry label. By doing this you will be giving permission for the entries and for us to use any image as publicity. Any winner will be notified via yourself as teacher. Does that help? Many thanks!

Does all entries have to be post card size or can it be drawn on an A4 ? Does the entry label have to be on all the entries if you enter as a school? Thanks

No, you can make your drawings larger than postcard size if you wish, and yes pls just include one entry label with all the entries, rather than an entry label for each individual entry. Pls make sure you have the child’s name and school on the back of each entry, and your email address as teacher on the entry label…
many thanks

Hi, as a school, can we enter by sending photos of children’s work/doing work, as we are planning to work collaboratively on a large scale?
Thanks

Hi,
Would it be okay if international schools outside the UK sent the artworks (in the future, that is)?
Thanks

Hello Irena, Thanks for getting in touch. Yes we would certainly encourage international schools to participate in all of our online projects – a perfect way for schools abroad to connect with each other and the UK:) Have you seen our Drawing Challenge? It may be of interest.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hello,
We sent our school entries last year for this competition. Would we receive an acknowledgement that we entered? How do we find out who won? Will our student entries appear anywhere online for us to view in class?
Thank you
Nicola

Thanks for getting in touch Nicola and for sending entries in for ‘Draw my Dinner’. All entries were put up on the Draw my Dinner Gallery /accessart-big-draw-draw-dinner-gallery/ – We hope that you’ll spot yours there.
The winner of the competition was the Year 6 class at St George’s CE Primary School.
Many thanks again. Best wishes, Sheila AccessArt
