Halloween Still Life Using Acrylic Paint

By Sheila Ceccarelli

Death and decay, deep autumn colours and contrasts, pumpkins, roses, candle light, bright splashes of colour in subdued light; all inspiration on tap for an autumnal still life.

Students at AccessArt’s Experimental Drawing Class, experimented with composition, mass and colour in a one and a 1/4 hour session drawing a Halloween (or Autumn) Still Life.

Dare to be  theatrical and a little kitsch while setting up an autumn still life!
