Looking, Talking and Celebrating

Sheila Ceccarelli

How often do young, visual creatives get a chance to show off their talents both to the public and also with friends and family?

It’s as important for young, visual creatives to gather confidence to show their work, and be able to talk about it, as it is for young musicians to have a chance to play in recitals and gigs or emerging actors to have the confidence to perform on the stage.

I dedicated this last session of term to looking and talking about students’ work, produced over the last two terms, and then invited parents to see what they’d achieved and have a celebratory drink and snack as well.
