In the Studio: The AccessArt Treehouse Challenge.

Wednesday 4th March 2026, 4.00pm-4.30pm GMT.

Join us for the launch of an AccessArt Treehouse Challenge!

We recognise that mainstream education doesn’t work for every learner, and that art can play a huge role in helping young people access education in a way that works for them. The AccessArt Treehouse Challenges offer young people a way into creative exploration that feels enabling and exciting.

Discover a fresh, playful approach to drawing in this hands-on, 30-minute practical session.

We’ll guide you through a series of simple, two-handed experimental drawing exercises designed to challenge traditional ideas of what makes a “good” drawing. These creative prompts invite you and your learners to let go of perfection, lean into curiosity, and celebrate the joy of the process. The activity is suitable for learners aged 11 and above but can be enjoyed with additional guidance by younger learners.

Join in with the exercises or simply listen and watch along — everyone is welcome!

This session will be recorded and available to AccessArt Members a few days after the event.
