Introducing Screen Printing with Andy Mckenzie

It is with great pleasure that AccessArt presents this post with highlights from a 1 & 1/4 hour session for teenagers at AccessArt’s Experimental Drawing Class led by print maker Andy McKenzie at Cambridge ArtWorks.

Andy is a natural facilitator with loads of experience and teenagers loved working with him. This session was about learning through doing and Andy gave teenagers the space and permission needed for them to run free with their ideas within a framework and with clear instructions.

The following week teenagers worked with Andy again Following on with Screen Printing and printed over their work to create more complex, layered prints.
