Nat has been a specialist teacher for Primary Art, Craft & Design at Battyeford CE Primary School in West Yorkshire for the past 16 years. She was a Formerly Advanced Skills teacher for Art in Kirklees and a member of the Expert panel for the DfE. Prior to teaching, she worked as an Arts Manager for the international artist retreat Cill Rialaig in Eire and for various local government departments as an Arts Officer in the UK.
