Drawing with Indian Ink with Aurora Cacciapuoti – Illustrator
By Aurora Cacciapuoti
My name is Aurora Cacciapuoti, I am a freelance illustrator, I am from Sardinia, Italy and now live in Cambridge, England. I illustrate children’s books, magazines and advertisements. Like many artists, I work on many different projects simultaneously. I also design logos and posters for events and companies.
I recently showed my work to teenagers from AccessArt’s Experimental Drawing Class and demonstrated to them how to use ink and nib. The session lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes. I find that ink is a really flexible material; with it you can play and experiment.
